Minecraft Server Multiple Cores. a CPU providing 2 "threads" or "logical cores&q
a CPU providing 2 "threads" or "logical cores" for each physical core, does not seem to benefit Minecraft much. Taking advantage of multiple cores is something you generally have to do from the ground up. After reading this thread I figured I should confirm that. I have a project to extend Minecraft servers capabilities to work with many players (100, 1000, 10000!) on a single world. I know I'm late to the party but I hope you've gotten close to solving this. Why is this? Are there any mods that make Minecraft Multiht Minecraft servers don't reserve CPU cores or anything like that. This multi-core architecture enables servers to execute multiple threads or Minecraft runs on only one thread, it can't use multiple threads at once. Another example is scheduling maintenance windows for patching all the monitored hosts, just seems like PRTG is quite a bit to manually manage for administration tasks. Mojang has no support for multiple cores. Bedrock Server : Benefit from multiple cores? Or is only high CPU clock speed relevant like for java servers?
