Does anyone know which would Titan Bundle The Titan Series is designed for Trainees who want to incorporate CrossFit-style workouts and training elements in their programming. Do I continue to perform S-D1 on Day 3 and drop the rest of day 4 or is there a different modification for these weeks? Thanks!
